Code of Conduct- Administrative Staff

Code of Conduct For The Administrative Staff of Narayan Zantye College of Commerce, Bicholim Goa

  1. Non- teaching staff employed in the college should be present on duty during College hours (as per the timing assigned     by the Principal). They should report for duty at least 10 minutes in advance.
  2. Non-teaching staff should sign four column Muster Roll (Morning in/Out for lunch/in after lunch/out after working hours).They should not leave the college premises during working hours without prior permission of the Principal or other competent authorities and should maintain the Movement Register of the College.
  3. Non-teaching staff should carry out all the work as per the workload assigned to them by the Principal. Besides this, they should also carry additional work as and when assigned by the competent authorities. They should be responsible for maintaining and filing records of the work done by them.
  4. Non-teaching staff (Multi Tasking staff ) should regularly wear the uniform provided to them.
  5. Non-teaching staff should always wear Identity Card during working hours.
  6. When the Non-teaching staff is assigned a classroom/computer lab/gymkhana/seminar hall, staff room etc. they should maintain the same and keep a stock register for all the articles/material/furniture,fixture etc.
  7. Any loss or damage to any article/material/furniture etc. in the premises of the college (classrooms, laboratory,    gymkhana etc.) should be reported to the Head Clerk in writing immediately.
  8. In addition to the above mentioned points,the Multi-tasking staff will be governed by the guidelines issued by the   Department Of Personnel, Government of Goa Office Memorandum dated 21/11/2016.
