- She has significantly contributed to E-Content development, having recorded over 20 video lectures in both English and Konkani as part of Project DISHTAVO, DHE, Government of Goa.
- Mrs. Mayenkar has effectively led various college committees, including the Cultural Forum, Students Council, Alumni Association, Skill Development Cell, and Career Guidance & Placement Cell. She has also served as a member of multiple committees, ensuring the smooth execution of college activities.
- She has presented and published research papers at state, national, and international seminars and has also co-authored a research paper in an edited volume.
- Since 2016, she has served as a guest lecturer for the CA-Foundation and CMA-Foundation courses at Zantye College.
- Additionally, she has been the Coordinator for the CMA-Foundation Course at Zantye College since 2016.
